Recieved this in a care package from home...the meat is tender and flavorful, and yes it is spicy with a hint of zest...delicious.

This isn't nearly as spicy as the name would lead one to think. In fact, the first couple seconds of the first bite yields a surprising amount of sweetness. Then it starts to get a little hot. Good for those who like sweet and hot together.
