Too sweet slathered taste

way too sweet for my taste. Whoever said it taste like ketchup is because it does have ketchup under its ingredients. The beef slabs feel flattened and there seems to be a thin strip of fat in some of the pieces, which makes it tough to separate. it isn't super dry but semi dry. consistency isn't great, but it passes like candy
