7oz. Western Style Beef Jerky

This is my first internet/mail order purchase of jerky and my first jerky review, so hang on. Sometime around Thanksgiving I purchased a few different sacks and this is the best I have tasted so far. The jerky was packaged tightly, product was not at all dry. Nice texture, great flavor with a slight bite that was consistent with each piece. No single ingredient over powered another...fine blend. Sad to see this get eaten so darn quickly...will be ordering this flavor again. Oh, I resolve no longer to buy the stuff labeled jerky I find in stores.
